Hello everybody,
internet has become a big place for the cheaters ad fraud company to take payment and get away. A good example of the same is icmcertifications.com whose legal name is International Community and Management Certification. This company has taken all the necessary documents along with the payment including service tax in September 2016 and promised to provide certificate in maximum 30 days after all process and review and all. It was so promising that anybody can be easily trapped.
we paid them the money and waited for 45 days, we contacted the company and Representative and we again have been promised to wait for next 1 week only. We waited for 2 week and we got to know that executive has left the company. Now the owner of the company said, wait for some time again and we will check, this and that.
we waited for total 2 month and then we got to know that documents have been missing and this has not been proceed. pls send the document again. We again sent self attested document. And followup wiht them and the result is same. This time they had new excuse that we have sent you the document via courier that has never reached to us till now. We again contacted them and found that certificate has not been made yet.
its been almost 9 month this company has cheated us for the money and to government for the service tax also. The executive who came for payment told us that he left the company becuase they are not giving any certificate and cheating all the clients saying we are authorized but they are not authorized to issue certificates.
Please be aware of this company and if you are paying them, be sure you know how to drag them in the court in ase of no service. i am now filling FIR against the company and wait for the action. they have numbers available where they only listen new sales enquiry and nohting for the existing clients.
THIS IS A BIG CHEAT COMPANY – BE AWARE.

Kaboodle.com – Demoting your business…Be aware of this site..
Kaboodle.com is treated as one of most popular social shopping site where people especially webmaster comes and add their client website and their product to their favorite list by adding the website url and title and small description and all.
This way webmaster tries to promote their websites through Kaboodle.com BUT did you really check the strategy of Kaboodle.com..? Who did they use your website copyright content?
Yes you will be shocked if you check the site technology. If you are submitting your client site to promote to Kaboodle.com, I would like to warn you that you are not promoting your site but actually Kaboodle.com is using your entire content available of the submitted url and promoting their own website.
One day I checked my client websites and found that they are submitted in Kaboodle.com by their own users who are actually hired to submit the good sites in their own database so that they can copy the entire content of that website and earn by advertisement on the name of social shopping site.
I found my client multiple site in Kaboodle.com and when I checked them deeply, I found the all sites are totally copied to their site and they are not even willing to remove those content.
I am not sure how come a site can do this cheating with the web media. They are playing with the webmasters feeling that they are promoting their sites but actually Kaboodle.com is demoting your sites but creating your website duplicate pages..
I sent many emails them but they are sleeping and they are not willing to remove the stores..
If you guys are seriously willing to promote your client site.. don’t be a user of this site and check regularly if they have submitted your site themselves, ask them to remove your listings and go for legal penalties if they don’t remove it in time.
We have filled the legally DMCA to Google and waiting for the reply.

The 5 Minute SEO Site Audit Checklist
1. URL canonicalization and 301 re-dirs. One of the first things I look for on any domain I am giving a health check on is the URL canonicalization. In My Opinion it does not matter if you pick proper URL canonicalization pointing to the www’s or non-www’s, but you need to pick one and stick to it. I personally always choose the www’s because more people (from my experience) tend to link to you with the full URL. So you need to get into your .htaccess file and make a few edits. Any variation of the homepage URL needs to be done this way too – for example you need to have the /index.php also re-direct to the main URL (however you have it set up) Bottom line here, you need to make sure all variations of your URL point to the same way you set it up.
Any extension of your URL like:
http://www.example.com/index.php
http://www.example.com/index.htm
http://www.example.com/default.html
http://www.example.com/default.php
http://www.example.com/anything (that goes to homepage)
All need to be pointed to the main – http://www.example.com (without any extensions). You also need to make sure that you don’t have any dev links that need to be 301-ed to their new addresses so you don’t have any bad or dead links on the site. You can handle all these changes via the .htaccess file. Here is a little more in depth look into 301 re-directs via a post I did on it a few months back.

(Make sure your Apache installation has mod_rewrite enabled.)
As long as your Apache installation has mod_rewrite enabled then you should be able to use this fix on almost any host.
2. Unique Title Tags and Meta Data. I will go to Google and run a site: command and see all of the pages that are indexed just to make sure that there are no duplicate content issues and that all pages seem to be individual and unique with their own title tags and meta data. If your site is not right – all results that come back will look exactly the same, and if the title and data that comes back is all the same – you have a problem!
3. Search Engine Friendly. Check to make sure the CMS you are using is search engine friendly. Are your URLs search engine friendly? Are you using keywords in the naming structure of your URLs or just automatically created jibberish by the builder? Are you able to include header tags? Alt Tags?
4. Has the site been submitted to Google Webmaster Central? By submitting your site to Google you are able to get your whole site indexed properly on Google, and they are able to show you any errors your site may have. There are so many tools that are offered here that you need to become aware of, but for the sake of “The 5 Minute SEO Site Audit” I just want to make sure the site has been submitted.
5. Check for Duplicate Content. If you are selling products and are using a supplier with their descriptions and info, I am going to make sure there is no duplicate content issues. If you are using the same content that 1,000 other people are using, there might be a problem. I would always suggest making sure you do everything you can to make sure that you have no duplicate content of any kind on your site.
In Conclusion: Again, this is just a quick “What I would do” SEO Audit checklist of what I look for when “checking out” brand new sites. These are a few of the steps that I would recommend anyone new to Internet business and SEO should check out before really thinking they are ready to make money with their website. I know this info may seem basic to a lot of us that have been doing it “forever”, but you woul be surprised how many people still do the simple things wrong!

Why and how webmasters are using blog
Since the time, blog concept has been introduced to the web, webmasters are using the blogs to promote their business and also to keep their site new section updated using those links in the blogs.
Having a blog for any business is really good and helpful as well. But do you really know now a day why and how webmasters are using the blog like wordpress and blogspot and all?
If you are a webmasters, you must be knowing this. Webmasters are promoting their sites by using blogs but at the same time they are also trying to demote their competitors by submitting their copyright content to the free blogs, articles, and on all those sites who allows free submissions to their sites.
What is he doing really?
If a webmasters is really doing this and he think that this way he can demote his competitor, he is actually missing something here. He is actually not demoting his competitor’s site but actually he is demoting his own site because when they use the content to publish on the free sites, sometime they left their own website link to get a free link from there. And google is smart enough to understand this trick and he simply treat the linked site as a cheater site and neither they give negative to parent site nor they do any damage to the position in the parent site.
But at the same time, they give a negative mark to the cheater site, but webmasters is thinking that he has done a great job here.
Blogs are meant to update them with the regular updates in your organization or in your website or whatever it is. They are not meant to just link and link.
I will soon publish a list of those webmasters who really do this. Not only this but they also copy the whole website and feel happy.
